Cronomer Valley and Middlehope FD was called to a multi-vehicle MVA with injuries on June 11th at State Route 9W/Chestnutlane. State Police were pursing 

a vehicle that failed to comply-before Chestnut Lane one vehicle went into telephone pole-second vehicle was on west side of road-third vehicle was infront 

of M7T Bank-vehicle State Police were pursing was blocked by Marlboro Police vehicle. Town/Newburgh EMS transported one driver to Montefiore-St Lukes

Hospital. State Police impounded vehicle and subject was taken to State Police Barracks-Montgomery for processing. Firefighters checked vehicles and dissconnected

batteries and made safe. State Route 9W was closed between State Route 32 and Fostertown Road during the incident. State Police investigating the cause and BCI 

Town/Newburgh Detectives were at scene. Town/Newburgh ID Unit took pictures.
