Elizabeth TWP, PA - Elizabeth Township Fire Department units responded to a commercial fire alarm at Planet Fitness in the Olympia Shopping Center, with the assignment quickly upgraded to a possible fire due to a reported burning odor.

Engine 7 established command on the Alpha side, while Truck 140 positioned on the Bravo side for aerial operations. Crews from Engine 7 and assisting units made entry to conduct a search, with additional manpower assigned to staging.

The source was identified as a malfunctioning motor in a rooftop HVAC unit. Crews secured the area and cleared the scene shortly after.
