Several People Transported to Hospital from Two-Car MVA in Newburgh

NEWBURGH, NY - Cronomer Valley and Middlehope Fire Departments responded to a two-vehicle MVA with injuries on State Route 9W and Dogwood Hills Road, May 7th. Town of Newburgh Police and EMS were at the scene. Firefighters spread speedy dry on fluids on the roadway and made one vehicle safe from hazards. Town of Newburgh EMS transported several people from one vehicle to Montefiore-St. Luke's Hospital. State Route 9W was down to one lane during the incident. The Town of Newburgh Police Dept. is investigating the cause.
