NEW BRITAIN, CT - Firefighters had heavy smoke pushing from the attic on arrival at 239 Kelsey Street on April 29th.
The fire traveled throughout the top floor and through the roof of the two-and-a-half story home before being brought under control.
At one point a ladder had to be thrown to the roof to remove firefighters that were cut off when fire broke out through the roof where their ladder was positioned.
