All Hands Fire in Staten Island Leaves Woman in Critical Condition

STATEN ISLAND, NY - At 11:45 P.M. on April 7th, firefighters were dispatched to 45 Ridgewood Ave., a two-story frame home, for a reported fire. On arrival, fire was found in the rear of the home which was under construction, while an addition was being added to the second-floor. A female occupant was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Two firefighters were treated for minor injuries.
