Brockport, NY — March 8th — The Brockport Fire District responded to a tree that had fallen onto electrical wires on Ridge Road.

Ridge Road between Redman Road and County Line Road was temporarily blocked due to the hazard, which included a tree and electrical cables hanging over the road. Firefighters secured the location and worked with utility technicians to resolve the problem.

Ridge Road has reopened, according to an update published at 4:34 PM, and power was expected to be restored shortly after that.
