MIDDLETOWN, CT - On the morning of February 29th, firefighters responded to a condo fire at Pepper Mill Village. All Westfield engines were on scene. Mutual aid was called from Middletown, Middlefield Volunteers, Rocky Hill Volunteers, Cromwell, South Fire District, Meriden Engine 5 and Cars 9 and 5. No injuries were reported.
