Two-Vehicle Crash Closes Woodchuck Hill Road in Canton

Canton, Conn. — September 6, 2026 — On Sunday morning, emergency responders arrived at the scene of a two-vehicle collision on Woodchuck Hill Road, close to the Canton-Simsbury border, in which one car went about 50 feet off the road.
The Canton Fire and EMS Department responded to the crash, and the Simsbury Fire Department provided additional support at the scene. The road was shut down in both directions as firefighters and other emergency responders worked at the crash site.
