NEWBURGH, NY — Cronomer Valley Fire Department responded to Interstate 87 (Thruway) at mile marker 63.4 southbound for a rollover motor vehicle accident on March 3rd. Town of Newburgh EMS and the New York State Police were on scene. Firefighters made the vehicle safe from hazards, and EMS transported one victim to Montefiore St. Luke’s Hospital. One southbound lane was closed during the incident. The New York State Police are investigating the cause.
