CARLTON, GA — February 12th — In order to increase operational readiness, members of the Carlton, Georgia Volunteer Fire Department worked alongside Tender 17 and Engine 18 to provide practical training with their new Engine 17. In addition to coordinating rural firefighting methods, such as tanker shuttle and drafting processes, firefighters concentrated on pump panel operations, hose deployment, and water delivery.

Additionally, the training focused on collaboration, communication, and safe equipment deployment during structural fire situations.
