Farmington Fire Contains Early Morning Camper Fire on Wilton Road

January 29, 2026 — At 1:47 a.m., Farmington Fire was dispatched to Ripley & Fletcher at 467 Wilton Road for a reported trailer fire.
Upon arrival, crews found a camper fully involved and threatening the nearby main building. Engine 42’s crew deployed an attack line to extinguish the fire while simultaneously protecting the exposure.
Firefighters were able to contain the fire to the camper, limiting damage to minor heat exposure to the main building. The occupant of the camper was able to escape without injury and is being assisted by the American Red Cross.
Farmington Fire was assisted on scene by Wilton Fire, Farmington Police Department, and MaineHealth EMS.
