GREATER NAPLES, FL — January 21st —The Greater Naples Fire Rescue District responded to a structure fire at 2195 Palm Street around 1:18 a.m. Firefighters arrived and worked with mutual aid partners to contain the situation. Assistance on scene was provided by the City of Naples Fire Department, Collier County EMS, and the Collier County Sheriff’s Office. Officials said the cause of the fire is not considered suspicious and may be related to an e-bike battery that was charging. One burn patient was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The American Red Cross is assisting three adults displaced by the fire with temporary housing and support services.
