The Bridgewater Fire Department Local 2611 will have a fundraiser on Saturday, March 7th, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Black Hat Brew Works to benefit Mia, a department member's daughter who is awaiting a liver transplant. According to department officials, the event will bring together firefighters, families, and community members to help with medical expenditures and provide emotional support to the family at this difficult time. Those who are unable to attend can make donations through Venmo to @BridgewaterFireDepartment-T-Sh. Local 2611 encouraged citizens to spread the word about the event and continue to support Bridgewater's firefighters.
