The Highland Lakes Fire Department took delivery of Tanker 424 today, marking the return of the department’s newest apparatus. The tanker will improve the department's water supply capabilities, especially in areas without hydrant coverage, and it arrived on time. Department officials noted that the addition of Tanker 424 strengthens operational readiness and supports both local responses and mutual aid assignments.
