Jan 10 — Howell Township, NJ: Fred Migliaccio's retirement from the Monmouth County Fire Marshal's Office was acknowledged by the Southard Fire Department No. 1. Migliaccio provided advice on fire investigations, code enforcement, and scene safety while working closely with local fire departments around Monmouth County. During emergency responses, inspections, and post-incident follow-ups, members of Southard Fire Department No. 1 saw that his availability and experience were invaluable resources.
