Jan 2nd — Wall Township, NJ: The line officers for 2026 were formally installed during the South Wall Fire Rescue Department's annual swearing-in event. Deputy Chief Brian Larrison and Chief Mike Fischer took the oath of office. Eric Olsen and Casey Larrison were sworn in as Lieutenants, and Zuri Malick was appointed Captain. The department welcomed Firefighters Zach Olsen, CJ Rand, and Rich Harold as active members in addition to the officer appointments. As the agency gets ready for the upcoming year, the appointments bolster operational manpower.
