Margate City Honors Longtime Court Administrator Maureen Larkin on Retirement

January 9, 2026 — Margate City officials formally recognized Maureen Larkin on her retirement following more than three decades of public service to the city. Larkin began her career with Margate City in 1989 and was appointed Court Administrator in 1993, a role she held for over 30 years. She was honored during a ceremony attended by the mayor and commissioners, along with state legislators including Claire Swift, Don Guardian, and Vince Polistina. The Margate City Fire Department extended its congratulations and best wishes, thanking Larkin for her dedication, professionalism, and lasting contributions to the community as she begins her retirement.
