Carneys Point, NJ — January 4 — The Carneys Point Fire Dept. & Rescue Squad Inc., based at 258 D Street, concluded 2025 with a reflection of a year filled with collaboration and steady response. The EMS Division handled 3,157 calls throughout the year, while the fire department responded to 904 incidents. These numbers show how mutual assistance partners, firefighters, and EMS professionals work together to support activities across the township. Coordinated dispatching, training, and dependable personnel across agencies are necessary to handle this volume of activity. In order to preserve coverage and responder safety, department leadership pointed out that collaboration with nearby departments is still crucial.
