Fire Damages Home in Newington

Newington, CT - Fire did heavy damage, mostly to the rear of a home at 29 Eagle Drive, around 7:30 P.M. on January 16th. Firefighters had heavy fire showing from the back of the house but quickly knocked it down, preventing it from spreading to the rest of the home. There were no injuries and the cause is under investigation.
