On December 22, Schuyler Engine Co. #2 performed its annual Santa Run, carrying on a long-standing Christmas custom in the neighborhood. With the assistance of firemen, Santa Claus and his pal the Grinch visited families and children as they passed through communities. Santa and his assistants were securely transported from stop to stop while locals came outside to welcome them using fire equipment from the North Arlington Fire Department.
