The Village of Ridgewood held a public swearing-in ceremony to properly honor two members of its fire department during the Village Council meeting on December 11th. The next phase of Lieutenant Ryan Romero's service to the department and the community began when he was formally sworn in after being promoted. Connor McGuire, a probationary firefighter, was also sworn in at the event to begin his career with the Ridgewood Fire Department.
