Fair Haven, NJ — December 17 — After the department's annual First Aid Squad cash campaign, the Fair Haven Fire Department thanked locals and supporters. According to officials, the donations are essential to keeping the community's emergency medical services reliable.

The drive's proceeds are used to support continuing EMS training, buy and replace necessary medical equipment, and assist with operating expenses related to offering service around-the-clock, 365 days a year. Department heads pointed out that modern equipment and ongoing education are essential for providing safe and efficient patient care. The department commended locals for their ongoing dedication to public safety and said that community support is still a key component of local EMS operations.
