Fair Haven, NJ — December 17 — After the department's annual First Aid Squad cash campaign, the Fair Haven Fire Department thanked locals and supporters. According to officials, the donations are essential to keeping the community's emergency medical services reliable.

The drive's proceeds are used to support continuing EMS training, buy and replace necessary medical equipment, and assist with operating expenses related to offering service around-the-clock, 365 days a year.
