Teaneck, N.J. — December 17, 2025 — Teaneck Firefighters FMBA Local 42 members carried on a long-standing Christmas custom by accompanying Santa to deliver presents and joy to local families and kids. Every year, Santa travels with firemen to a nearby women's shelter and Holy Name Medical Center, which includes the pediatric department and NICU. In order to assist patients, families, and employees throughout the Christmas season, the visits are planned. The department stated that donations to the Teaneck Firefighters Foundation, which supports this and other community engagement initiatives all year round, enable the event.
