Perth Amboy, NJ — December 12 — The Advanced Foam Firefighting School offered by Training Specialities Inc. at the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service was completed by five members of the Perth Amboy Fire Department, located at 375 New Brunswick Avenue. The program's main focus was on industrial fire suppression, including coordinated attack tactics, fuel fire behaviour, and foam application techniques. Members took part in practical evolutions that were intended to mimic large-scale industrial incidents that frequently occur in municipal departments that deal with industrial risks. This kind of training is acknowledged within the fire service for enhancing operational safety and efficacy at complicated fires. Every year, organizations like Training Specialties Inc. and industrial partners provide support to enable advanced training. Sustained involvement in specialized training programs enhances reaction capacities and promotes readiness for situations involving industrial facilities and hazardous liquids.
