Monroe Township Fire District #2 Marks Member Milestone

Monroe Township, NJ — January 2 — Nicholas Molteg, a firefighter with Monroe Township Fire District #2, located at 10 Halsey Reed Road, has finished his one-year probationary period and the necessary training. While being assessed in accordance with probationary criteria, Firefighter Molteg completed departmental training requirements and took part in emergency responses throughout the previous year. The purpose of the probationary process is to guarantee that new hires can function safely, adhere to protocols, and perform well in the fire department. The New Jersey Division of Fire Safety supports standardized training standards that are followed by fire departments throughout the state. Completion of the probationary year marks an important step in a firefighter’s service. Firefighter Molteg now continues as a full member, supporting operations and community protection throughout Monroe Township.
