Town of Newburgh Police Department received a call of a male subject inside Sears bathroom with a bomb strapped to him on January First. Police notified Newburgh Mall Management and asked to evacuate the building. Town and State Police arrived on scene and secured the entrances to store. Town of Newburgh and Woodbury Canines were called to search building. Nothing was found.
