Across three consecutive evenings culminating on August 20, department personnel completed five-hour training modules led directly on-site by a specialized Pierce Manufacturing certified instructor. The curriculum immersed operators and company members in the vehicle's full operational profile, focusing heavily on manufacturer safety features, fail-safes, and emergency manual override controls.

Instruction covered precise outrigger and stabilizer deployment on various grades, centrifugal pump mechanics, flow hydraulics, and elevated aerial ladder control manipulation.
