August 30, 2026 — Antrim, New Hampshire: Emergency personnel from Antrim arrived on Sunday nite after a woman received a serious head injury after falling down a set of steps.
At 6:28 p.m., the call was received. DHART, the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Advanced Response Team, was asked to provide air medical transfer due to the seriousness of the injuries and the alleged loss of consciousness. DHART offers medical transport services in the area via air and ground.
At Shea Field, which is situated on School Street in Antrim, Antrim Engine 1 established a landing zone. About sixteen minutes after the request, the helicopter showed up.
After stabilizing the patient, Antrim Ambulance A2 carried her to the landing zone, where the DHART aircraft crew took up her treatment. After that, the patient was transported by air to a trauma facility.
