ROBBINSVILLE, NJ — August 1, 2026 — The Robbinsville Township Fire Department has begun the recruitment and examination process for firefighters in 2026 as part of its efforts to create a hiring list for future openings.

The department is looking for people who want to serve the residents of Robbinsville Township and help fulfill the needs of a growing emergency-services operation. According to the department, there are no open firefighter positions at the time of the announcement, but numerous positions will become available during the hiring process.

The application period commenced at 7 a.m. on Monday, August 3, and will close at 3 p.m. on Friday, August 28, 2026.

Applicants must submit completed application packets in person at the Robbinsville Township Fire Department, 1149 Route 130, Robbinsville, New Jersey 08691. The department states that applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope with all required documentation and the application fee included. Applications will not be accepted by mail or email.

The written examination is scheduled for Monday, September 14, 2026.
