Vincentown, NJ - Hampton Lakes Volunteer Fire Company recognizes Firefighter/EMT Joseph Naulty for his continued dedication, professionalism, and service to the department and the Southampton Township community.

Joseph joined Hampton Lakes Volunteer Fire Company in 2018 as a certified firefighter/EMT, bringing prior experience from Hainesport Fire Company. He completed fire academy training in 2011 at the age of 17 and earned his EMT certification at 18, beginning an early and committed path in emergency services.

Alongside his role in the fire company, Joseph is also an active member of the Hampton Lakes Emergency Squad, contributing in both fire suppression and emergency medical response. His dual involvement strengthens the overall emergency response capability within the community.

He is trained in Hazardous Materials response, Incident Command, Swift/Flood Rescue, Ice/Cold Water Rescue, Fire Police, and has completed multiple fire tactics and operations courses. In 2022, Joseph was recognized as the department’s Top Responder and received the “Call of the Year” award for his role in a critical patient rescue involving a fall with extended downtime.

Joseph holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Rutgers University and is currently completing a second Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Thomas Edison University, further expanding his medical knowledge and field expertise.
