Pittsgrove, NJ — August 17 — Willow Grove Fire Company conducted a multi-topic training session in Pittsgrove, New Jersey, on August 17.This event gave firefighters the chance to practice various essential skills related to fireground operations.

The training included topics such as apparatus placement, motor vehicle fire operations, hose stretches, water supply management, and highway traffic safety.

The hands-on exercises enabled the firefighters to examine how the positioning of equipment and the deployment of hoses can influence fireground activities.It also helped reinforce safe procedures when dealing with incidents on roadways.

Willow Grove Fire Company serves Pittsgrove Township Fire District 2, with its station located at 879 Willow Grove Road.

The company has been providing fire protection in the area since 1937 and continues to do so today.
