Allamuchy, NJ - Members of the Allamuchy Fire Department conducted specialized roof operations training at an acquired structure, utilizing Ladder 91-69 and Heavy Rescue 91-75. Crews were joined by Montague Volunteer Fire Department, operating with Engine 35.

The training focused on roof ventilation techniques, including tool selection and safe operation of chainsaws and K12 saws. Firefighters practiced live roof cutting, providing a rare and valuable opportunity to perform realistic ventilation evolutions in a controlled environment.

This hands-on training enhanced proficiency, safety awareness, and coordination among participating departments.
