Imler, PA. — July 31 — Adena Claycomb was honored on her birthday by the Imler Area Volunteer Fire Company. The voluntary organization provided fire and rescue services to locals and visitors in the Imler area. According to state records, the department was awarded a $12,500 Volunteer Fire Assistance grant in 2026 to help the local fire company.

The department continued to be a part of the local emergency services network, operating out of its station at 996 Mowrys Mill Road. In honor of Claycomb's birthday, the corporation acknowledged her ties to both the department and the community it serves.
