RAWLINSVILLE, PA — July 16th — Lieutenant Ike Stoltzfus, who has been with Rawlinsville Volunteer Fire Company for ten years, was the focus of the organization's "Meet the Members Monday" series.

According to Stoltzfus, he was drawn to the fire department because he wanted to be a member of a community-serving organization. Being there when citizens need help and answering a wide range of requests is one of the most fulfilling aspects of service, he added.

Additionally, he emphasized the department's strong feeling of collaboration and the mutual support that members offer to one another. According to Stoltzfus, one of the most noteworthy aspects of his experience with the organization has been the brotherhood.
