Ambridge, PA. — July 23 — Firefighter Dave Finch was honored on his birthday by the Harmony Township Volunteer Fire Department. Members of the department honored Finch at the Beaver Road station. The department provided mutual aid, rescue response, and fire suppression services to the Harmony Township region. The volunteer department, which was established in 1938, has continued to offer emergency services while depending on community support and qualified personnel.

Members of the department had the chance to thank Finch for his service and commitment with the company on his birthday. Thru volunteer personnel, equipment, and training, the department maintained its ability to respond to crises in Harmony Township and the surrounding villages.
