Jake Serena, a member of the Moscow Fire & Hose Company, received congratulations on his July 18 graduation from U.S. Army basic training at Fort Benning.
Members of the department wished Serena great luck as he embarks on the next phase of his military career and acknowledged him for accomplishing the milestone.
