Firefighter/Engineer Mike Clawson's 15 years of service to the department and community were honored on his birthday by the Indiana Fire Association.

In August 2011, Clawson became a member of the Indiana Fire Association. He is an Indiana Boro police officer and a graduate of Indiana High School and IUP.

Clawson continues to be involved in department operations and training in addition to volunteering as a fireman outside of his work responsibilities. In addition, he spends time with his K-9 companion, Scout, who has search and tracking training, his wife, Sara, and his son and daughter.

Clawson received congratulations and gratitude from the Indiana Fire Association for his ongoing commitment and service.
