On August 2, the Adams Township Volunteer Fire Department No. 2 concluded its 2026 convention by expressing gratitude to members, their spouses, the department auxiliary, community volunteers, area companies, and sponsors for their assistance during the week.

Additionally, the department acknowledged participating association departments, Adams Township Volunteer Fire Company No. 1, and Starfire Inc. for their support and participation in the conference.

Thru competition, training, camaraderie, and fire service customs, fire department conventions give members from all around the region a chance to unite. The department wished East Taylor Volunteer Fire Company success in hosting the 2027 conference and commended all those involved.
