Pittsburgh, PA. — July 18 — Riley Stack, a former lieutenant and firefighter for the Highland Volunteer Fire Department, was a member of Recruit Class 124 at the Cincinnati Fire Academy. During the week, Stack finished his academy training and started working as a probationary fireman with the Cincinnati Fire Department. He followed in the footsteps of his father, Dan Stack, and a number of other Highland firefighters, both active and retired.

In addition, Stack supported McCandless neighbors and responded to emergencies while serving Highland. The next phase of his professional firefighting career began after his graduation. Highland wished Stack well with the Cincinnati Fire Department and acknowledged his training, dedication, and advancement.
