North Yarmouth Fire Rescue Added New Tank-53

North Yarmouth, Maine — July 27 — Tank-53, a brand-new water tank truck with 2,500 gallons, was delivered to North Yarmouth Fire Rescue. A 1,500 gpm pump, 30 gallons of Class A foam, 1,200 feet of 5-inch supply line, and multiple preconnected handlines were also included in the device. A 2,500-gallon portable tank for rural water delivery operations was also carried by it. With the recognizable insignia on the new equipment, Tank-53 carried on the department's custom of dubbing its tank trucks "Water Hog."
