On July 20, members of the Vergennes Fire Department held a training session that included aerial equipment operations, high-rise hose pack deployment, and ladder operations.
Firefighters reviewed the usage of aerial equipment and high-rise packs while practicing the deployment and operation of ladders. Thru the training, workers had practical expertise in duties that are frequently needed during elevated operations and structural fires.
