In Galloway Township (Atlantic County), the Germania Fire Company operates Brush 26-27. It is a 2017 Ford F-450XL/Lee’s 4 x 4. Features and equipment include a brush guard, Hale 250 gpm pump, a 300 gallon water tank, ¾-inch booster reel, 1 ¾-inch rear preconnect, two whip lines, a Ramsey 6 ton winch, fittings, five gallons of” wet water”, fire shelters, hand fire extinguishers, Indian tanks, a chain saw, fire rake, shovels, bolt cutters and Pulaski tools.
