On July 24, the Seekonk Fire Department debuted a new series called "From the Chief's Window" that highlights the firefighters' everyday training and readiness.

The fire chief's observations of department personnel doing routine drills and skill-building exercises from the Public Safety Complex were presented in the first installment. The show aims to provide the public with a behind-the-scenes glimpse at the continuous training that keeps firefighters ready for crises.
