On July 9, members of Topsham Fire & Rescue's B-Shift took advantage of the beautiful weather to perform training on boat response capabilities and ladder truck operations.

Firefighters were able to maintain operational preparedness for a range of emergencies while honing their abilities with two essential pieces of emergency response equipment during the practical exercise. The Blue Angels gave the workers a flyover during the training, which was an unexpected highlight of the day's events.
