Rockland, ME — July 7 — Elliot Stanley, a firefighter and paramedic, celebrated his fourth year of service with the Rockland Maine Fire & EMS Department, located at 118 Park Street. Stanley, who was born in Sacramento, California, moved to Maine in 2020 after graduating from California State University, Chico with a degree in kinesiology. Before starting a career in the fire service, he worked on North Haven.

Stanley has served the Rockland community by supporting emergency medical response, fire suppression, and continued training since joining the department. In addition to providing mutual aid, emergency medical care, and fire protection, Rockland Fire & EMS also helps firefighters stay operationally prepared through ongoing training.
