Shelton Fire Department Honors Firefighter Entering Navy

On the morning of July 27, members of the Shelton Fire Department's four companies came together to honor Firefighter Henry Adams Jr. of White Hills Fire Company No. 5 as he left for U.S. Navy Basic Training.
Before Adams started his military service, firefighters honored him with a ceremonial send-off. Department representatives commended him for his dedication to serving his community and the country and wished him a safe and prosperous career in the US Navy.
