Upper Deerfield Mourns Lifetime Member Terry O'Neill

Terry O'Neill, a founding member who devoted 58 years of devotion to the department and the community, passed away, according to the Upper Deerfield Fire Department Station 33.


O'Neill held the positions of President, Assistant Chief, Chief, Fire Marshal, Trustee, and Treasurer during his time there. He was one of the founding members who helped create the fire company in the 1960s, guaranteeing fire safety for future generations, according to department authorities.


The department acknowledged O'Neill's enduring accomplishments to the fire service and offered its sympathies to his family, friends, and fellow firefighters.
