Members of the Manchester Fire Department reported on June 25 that the building's concrete foundation pour had been successfully completed, marking a significant milestone in the Annex Project.

According to officials, the finished slab represents one of the most important stages of building and advances the project to the next level. If all goes according to plan, workers will soon start creating the steel framework, giving the neighborhood a first look at the future Annex building as it develops.
