— April 27th — Together with the Stone Harbor Fire Department and the Cape May Court House Fire Department, the Green Creek Fire Company took part in a multi-department exercise at the Cape May County Fire Academy.
During the training, Green Creek personnel served as the Rapid Intervention Team (RIT), responding to situations involving downed firemen, simulated casualties, and real burns. Firefighter rescue operations, coordination, and quick deployment under actual fireground conditions were the main topics of the practice.
