PLAINFIELD, CT — April 9th — Jewett City Savings Bank has awarded a grant to the Central Village Fire Company Station 97 to support equipment upgrades.
The money will be used to buy battery-operated equipment and a new Rapid Intervention Team (RIT) board, both of which promote firefighter accountability and operational effectiveness on the fireground.
